BALAY:
PRAPU:
In a cold mounatainous region there are few things that are more satisfying and warming when it s cold out and Balay is one of them.It is a thick and hearty and eats almost like a gravy. The goat meat is what forms the taste and base in it.
PRAPU:
Prapu is a noodle dish thickened with almond that have been ground to powder. They are hand made using wheat flour.They are boiled until they get soft. When prepared they are covered with thick paste which includes ground walnuts and apricot oil.
