DUM OLAV:
Also known as Dum aalo, is one of the most famous dish of KASHMIR. It is cooked with yoghurt , ginger powder, fennel and some other spices to give it a different taste. It can be eaten with 'Chappati' or 'Naan' to get the most out of this dish.
KACHALU CHAAT:
There are different ways to cook kachalu but one of the best is 'KACHALU CHAAT'. Boiled, cut into pieces and tossed with some spices. It is one of the most loved dish of Kashmir.
